Kya chahiye

  • 2 chammach amla powder (ya 3-4 sookhe amla)
  • 3-4 chammach nariyal tel
  • thoda garam paani (paste banane ke liye)

Kaise banate hain

Do tareeke chalte hain. Tel: 3-4 chammach nariyal tel me 2 chammach amla powder ya 3-4 sookhe amla daalkar halki aanch par 4-5 minute garam karein, jab tak tel ka rang badal na jaaye. Gas se hatakar poori tarah thanda karein, phir chhaan lein - garam tel kabhi seedha sar par na lagayein. Thoda sa tel scalp par lagakar 5-7 minute maalish karein, ek ghanta ya raat bhar rakhein, phir dho lein. Paste: 2 chammach amla powder me itna garam paani milayein ki gaadha paste bane, thanda hone par 20 minute rakhein aur dho lein. Amla paste baalon ko halka gehra rang de sakta hai. Hafte me ek baar kaafi hai, aur pehli baar patch test zaroor karein. Powder aur paste aankh me na jaane dein; chala jaaye to 10 minute thande paani se dhoyein.

There are two ways. Oil: warm 3-4 spoons of coconut oil on a low flame with 2 spoons of amla powder or 3-4 dried amla pieces for 4-5 minutes, until the oil changes colour. Take it off the heat, let it cool completely, then strain - never put hot oil straight on a head. Massage a little into the scalp for 5-7 minutes, leave for an hour or overnight, then wash. Paste: mix 2 spoons of amla powder with enough warm water to make a thick paste, let it cool, leave on 20 minutes and rinse. Amla paste can darken hair slightly. Once a week is enough, and patch test the first time. Keep the powder and paste out of the eyes; if either gets in, rinse with cool water for 10 minutes.

Parampara kya kehti hai

Ayurveda me amla baalon ke liye sabse jaana-maana phal hai; sookha aur taaza dono roop me istemaal hota hai. Ghar me kaha jaata hai ki ye jado ko poshan deta hai, baal jhadna rokta hai aur baalon ka kaala rang bachaaye rakhta hai, is liye safedi der se aati hai. Bahut log roz ek amla khaane ki bhi salah dete hain. Ye parampara ka daava hai.

Amla is the best known fruit for hair in Ayurveda, where the dried and fresh fruit are both common ingredients. Households say it feeds the roots, holds hair fall back and keeps hair black so grey comes later, and many advise eating one amla a day for the same reason. This is what tradition claims.

Shodh kya kehti hai

Sirf parampara

Scalp par amla lagakar safed baal rokne ka koi kaam ka insaani trial nahi mila. 2025 ke ek review (Gray Hair: From Preventive to Treatment) ke mutabiq baal safed hone ke peeche genes, oxidative stress, aur kabhi B12, folate, copper, iron ya vitamin D ki kami ya thyroid ki gadbadi hoti hai. Usi review me amla (Emblica officinalis) ka naam sirf paudhon se bane baal-rangne wale dyes ki list me aata hai, un tarikon ki list me nahi jinka safedi par koi asar dekha gaya ho - aur review likhta hai ki safed baalon ko wapas kaala kar dene ka daava karne wale products marketing par tike hote hain, scientific evidence par nahi. Ek Indian controlled study (52 mareez, 52 control) me jaldi safed baal walon me B12 ki kami 55.8% logon me mili, jabki control group me 17.3% - yaani tel se pehle khoon ki jaanch zyada kaam ki cheez hai. 2022 ke hair-oil review ne bhi is poore vishay ka scientific material limited bataya hai.

No usable human trial of amla on the scalp for greying was found. A 2025 review, Gray Hair: From Preventive to Treatment, puts greying down to genes, oxidative stress, and sometimes low B12, folate, copper, iron or vitamin D, or thyroid trouble. In that review amla (Emblica officinalis) appears only in the list of plant-based hair dyes, not among the approaches shown to change greying at all, and the review says products claiming to turn grey hair black again rely on marketing and unproven claims rather than scientific evidence. An Indian controlled study (52 patients, 52 controls) of early greying found B12 deficiency in 55.8% of patients versus 17.3% of controls - which makes a blood test more useful than an oil. The 2022 hair-oil review likewise calls the scientific material on this topic limited.
