What your numbers mean — and what to ask your doctor.
Every number on this page is arithmetic against a published reference that carries its own source. No model decides whether your value is high, because in India software is not permitted to diagnose — and because a guess dressed as a result is worse than no result.
Calorie, vazan-range aur intake wale calculators aapke browser me hi chalte hain — kad, vazan, umar aur activity server tak jaate hi nahi. BMI aur lab explainer server par chalte hain, kyunki unke cut-off aur reference range apne source ke saath database me rakhe hain; wahan bhi value compare hokar usi request me chhod di jaati hai.
This is information, not a diagnosis.
Takshivo Wellness does not diagnose, does not prescribe, and does not replace a doctor. The Telemedicine Practice Guidelines do not permit software to do any of those things in India. The reference interval printed on your own report always takes precedence over the one shown here — laboratories genuinely differ by method and instrument.
Exactly what is and is not here
- · BMI on the WHO Asia-Pacific scale, which is the correct one for India
- · Calorie needs — Mifflin-St Jeor, with the size of its own error printed beside it
- · Healthy weight range for your height, on the Indian cut-off and the international one, side by side
- · Water and protein reference intakes — including the 1 g/kg figure ICMR-NIN sets for cereal-based diets
- · Lab values compared against sourced reference intervals
- · Your values are compared and discarded — nothing is stored, and the four calculators above never send them anywhere
- · Gharelu nuskhe, each carrying its evidence grade and its sources
- · Health articles — still none, and still no medical reviewer on retainer
- · The nuskhe pages are not advice and are not doctor-reviewed. They say what tradition claims, what research found, and when to stop and see someone
- · Report upload, generic-medicine finder, interaction checker — specified, not built
- · Any kind of AI explanation. None is connected
What happens to what you type
Nothing you enter into these calculators is saved. Your height, weight and lab values are compared on the server and thrown away in the same request — no row is written, so there is nothing to leak later and nothing to delete.
Health data lives in its own database schema, and emergency red-flag hits are logged. But being straight about the rest: this schema is not yet on a separate database role, health consent is not yet collected separately from the account terms, and there is no per-read audit log. Those are designed and not built, and this page said otherwise until 1 September 2026.
